- Rights and obligations of the parties
1.1. Online store www.iltex.bg, as a seller undertakes:
- to confirm the availability of the ordered items or to refuse the order within 1-5 days.
- to provide information to the customer on the method of delivery and payment.
- before being sent, each product must be inspected for an expiration date.
1.2. The client undertakes:
- indicate delivery address, three names and contact telephone number
- to pay the price of the goods
- to pay the delivery costs if any
- to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods.
In the event that the customer is not found at the specified address within the delivery period or access and conditions for delivery of the order are not provided within this period, www.iltex.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.
All prices of the products include VAT
www.iltex.bg reserves the right to change the prices at any time of the goods offered by it, without notifying the customer. The user undertakes to pay the current price at the time of the order.
In case of indicating incorrect data (address, telephone, etc.) when purchasing a product through the online store www.iltex.bg, the same is not bound by an obligation to fulfill the order. Each order made in www.iltex.bg has the force of a contract of sale.
www.iltex.bg is obliged after the order made by the customer to deliver the desired product or to inform the customer about others. circumstances regarding his order.
The online store www.iltex.bg has the right not to fulfill the order if:
- the product ordered by the customer is not available.
- the customer appears as an incorrect user.
www.iltex.bg is not responsible if the Client has indicated incorrect and / or incomplete data in an order placed at www.iltex.bg.
- Protection of personal data
In order to purchase products from the online store iltex.bg, customers provide personal information. This information is protected by the Personal Data Act. The information sent by the client is not provided to third parties.
- Right to return the purchased goods
According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason to refuse the received goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. In this case the trader is obliged to refund to the consumer in full the amounts paid by him not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The amounts are refunded in cash, by cash on delivery or to the client’s bank account. The consumer is obliged to store the goods received from the trader, their quality and safety during the term under art. 55, para 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order to return the purchased products, it is a mandatory condition that they are in good commercial condition, without being used and without violating the integrity of the packaging. The products must correspond to the type in which they were received by the consumer. Products that do not meet these conditions according to the Consumer Protection Act are not subject to return and refusal. The trader has the right to refuse the return of a product in accordance with applicable law. In case of a factory defect, which is found after receiving the product, the customer returns it at the expense of the store and sends another product as ordered. In this case, the transport costs are borne by the trader. When returning a purchased product, the transport costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable.
- Problem with warranty items
In case of a problem with items within the warranty period, the item must be sent to us at the expense of the buyer or brought to our office, along with a copy of the receipt.
Receipt of the repaired item is done on the spot or can be sent to the address at the expense of the customer!
