1. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

The team of ILTEX Ltd. realizes that we live in an extremely hectic daily life and we never have enough time.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you and save you time by delivering your order to the door at the address specified by you, as soon as possible, and you have the option to pick up your order from an office of your choice at SPEEDY.

Deliveries are made through a courier company throughout Bulgaria to the customer’s door. Delivery is made within 1 to 5 working days.

In case of delay, the customer will be notified in a timely manner by email or phone.

Deliveries from ILTEX Ltd. are made by courier, and payment can be made by cash on delivery or by card. When paying with a card, ILTEX Ltd. does not have access to your data and they are fully protected by the banking system of Borika.

2. RETURN

You can cancel the purchase of a product within fourteen working days from the date of receipt.

In case of refusal, we ask that the goods received by us be stored in a way that has not violated their quality and safety.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, in the packaging in which they are normally offered on the market and with the accompanying documentation.

Otherwise, the termination of the contract takes place after negotiating compensation for the reduced consumer properties of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods which are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• goods that are subject to perishable have a special storage regime. In this sense, consumers cannot give up and return food

If your order is sent to an address, it must be returned to our central warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 14 working days.

It is mandatory when returning an item or order, it must be accompanied by a RECEIPT.
